Suikoden? Many things. I will list a few.
- Storyline - I have played Suikoden I, II & V and the story for all of them was fantastic. There are parts where I laugh and parts where I am incredibly sad. (Like when Arshtat incinerates Ferid! The Sun Rune takes over her and she snaps out of it just in time to watch him die OMG SAD).
- 108 Stars of Destiny - There are 107 characters you can convince to join you. Usually more, who aren�t one of the stars. Some are used to fight alongside your character on the map, some are fantastic for using with your army, some are just handy to have because they open up shops and things in your HQ and some do a combination of the three. Should you manage to find all 108 (sometimes, it's really difficult as some of the characters are time based recruits) then you will be rewarded with the final power of your Rune. Usually, gaining all the stars also prevents someone close to you from dying. (Suikoden is evil that way, killing people close to you).
- Battle - You have three types of battle. The normal FF style random encounters, one on one battles and your army. There is a fair bit of strategy involved with some of the army battles. The one on ones are usually pretty easy, you have to determine your opponents next move by what they say.
- HQ - You find a perfect abandoned castle or ruins or whatever and make it your HQ some time into the game. It expands as the game goes on.
- Bath Scenes - Some of the bath scenes alone make it worth playing =P
- Endings - Depending on your choices throughout the game you can receive different endings.
I could list a lot of reasons why you should give it a go Alice! =P

Woshie is a male? or a Lesley Behan (A good name to use as a pun...)
Actually... it could be boys in the bath and Woshie is a girl... The mystery goes on... I may "try" the game out but i'm skipping the bath scenes, i'm pretty sure my friend has got it...
I'm getting Super Smash Bros. Brawl!  I've heard it's quite good, the gamecube one is...

And I'm a Nintendofag, really. |D So I'm biased towards anything Zelda or Kirby.
Never been a big fan of the later Final Fantasy games. I loved III because of the job-change system and stuff, but you don't really get that in the later games. -shrug- Apart from X-2, but like I said, Yuna annoys me tons.
