05/08/2010 20:09 | I was looking at a raid log we did against Kali the Dream Eater and I noticed something weird. When Kali was damaging our block it would say Kali was hitting for like 10-20 damage. The little notifier that tells you your block left, was displaying that he was taking out 200-400 damage chunks. Once Kali broke through our monsters block, it said he was doing normal damage.
Termagant hits Kali, Dream Eater for 204 damage.

Kali, Dream Eater hits Termagant for 2 damage.
(1331 left, 2808 block left)
Termagant hits Kali, Dream Eater for 200 damage.
(55464 left, 8418 block left)
Kali, Dream Eater hits Termagant for 11 damage.
(1320 left, 2487 block left)
Termagant hits Kali, Dream Eater for 225 damage.
(55239 left, 8068 block left)
Kali, Dream Eater hits Termagant for 8 damage.
(1312 left, 2165 block left)

I'm not sure if this is happening against other raids.

05/08/2010 20:26 | It was saying 10 to 20 damage, because this is actually your HP, not your block, he's taking out. The program tells you how muh HP you lose, and if you have enough defense, the whole of his hit will be absorbed by the block, and you won't lose HP. And if you don't have enough def, some of your HP goes down, and the rest of Cali's hit is absorbed by the block and not the hp.
