Should guild raid joining be limited?Should guild raid joining be limited?

Apr 21st - 04:19 | Currently you cannot join a raid if you haven't beaten the one before it... this is sorta okay, but not really because communication isn't exactly MonBre's strong point. So, I was thinking you'd just get a skill point for beating 5 individual raid mobs, but the guild would still stay the same.
I think it will encourage more of a community feeling to the guilds in general and be less complicating for newbies.
