I'm thinking maybe a bison mixed with a chihuahua, making a bison that stands to about your hip, but with bigger eyes, and omnivorous.

Well, for the lizard, obviously a komodo dragon is completely more appropriate. For the wingedy part, well, I can't think of anything good... Wikipedia says the Eurasian Black Vulture is the largest bird of prey. So, let's go with that!

06/20/2009 20:24 | makin dragons eh? ok then, I shall mix a spitting cobra with a "flying fox", aka pteropus vampyrus. That way it can fly, it's scaly, it's got hind legs, it's serpentine, and it can spit venom(the closest thing to spitting fire I've found in the animal kingdom)

And about the baby-pet. Maybe you haven't seen many young people lately. They suck! They think the world's theirs, but...hey IT'S MINE! I'm the dude with the dragon! No, seriously - babies are superB! But it's quite dificult to educate them, to make them well-mannered. And if you can't well...they aren't such a good pet.
