Then I evolved it and try to send it to work and even though it said it was rested it said is ready to explore and can't work. When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it.

Well, whichever gets seen first as long as it gets attention. It's no biggy but taking advantage of evolves is actually a tip. When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it.
