I think it is a bit cumbersome to have to click the home tab and then click monster stat to see how your monsters are doing. And since your monsters are one-half of the name of the game, and Breeder is the other, we should have it as a separate tab at the top bar! This is a novel concept! It could work. It should work!

What else could be added up there? Right now it fits pretty well, but if there were two other things that could be added it might still work.
But when that call never comes, it's time to face what you've become - there's no point doing all of this, unless you know you're having fun.

Hmm ... Don't know anything that's so important besides that one, Demi.

I'm not breaking the layout like that. You don't need to know that your monsters are at full health when you're buying potions or posting on the forums, and they're all just a click away anyway. On top of that, you can pretty much go anywhere where it's going to matter, like getting ready for exploring, and they're all at the bottom.

There's a rule in web design that's called "The Three Click Rule":

On the surface, the Three Click Rule makes sense. If users can't find what they're looking for within three clicks, they're likely to get frustrated and leave the site.

It takes two clicks to reach the monsters stats, so no big worries...
Screw this, I'm going a-back to Italia!

That three-click rule does sound quite accurate. I was frustrated with MySpace and boom, Facebook's got everything in two clicks. ish

I was actually thinking for murcity that I'd map keys to parts of the site, so you wouldn't even -have- to click.

Like h for home, t/c for town/city, and x for explore? Those are the places I go most, and maybe f for the forums? HMM!

I can do that for monbre, too. Murcity is another game I'm developing at about 1/4 the speed of monbre.
