Bug? Bleed doesn't seem to be working Locked

I have a neutral monster with slash.
The mod gets the bleeding status but doesn't loose HP.

When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it. Half of anything is better then a whole of nothing.

Interesting, on the second turn of poison the status changes to bleed.
Just thought I'd mention it.
