Suggestion:Teleporting Boons

There could be certain single tiles that overlay what would normally be there, and are very rare, but powerful boons to your monsters. The one that sprung to mind that made me make this post is... The fountain of youth. Imagine, you see this oasis in the middle of an area that is normally woods or desert or whatever, you walk over it, you get a message that says that you have stumbled upon the fountain of youth and your monster has just gotten a 10% boost to its life expectancy, and the spring disappears, randomly relocating to another(travellable) tile. There could also be stuff like maybe a wagon with a peddler on it that sells something to heal your monster and then poofs, or zelda style, a pixie that gives your lead monster a stat boost.

Something like this is already happening.
