The query is simple: it targets monsters who aren't marked as on vacation, and who aren't frozen. I just tried it and it worked perfectly for mine. What I do think happened is, since the query to fix vacation cooldowns was broken, you just hit the vacation link and didn't realize the bug. (sorry) So you weren't technically on vacation. I'll fix your monsters if you PM me what their life expectancies should be. I should also note people like Old Pat are still on vacation, lol. And their life expectancies are fine.
