BUGS: Special Abilities + Mood Bar

Got a few bugs i think, the first is the mood bar it seems to get stuck at 90% i've checked my priorities and everything is max out... the second bug has to do with abilities big attack and quick attack still work even when you don't have enough energy, also the energy bar continues to falling into a negative when using those abilities eg. -184%, the last one has to do with a description error big tackle says it uses 10 energy in the desc but it really uses 30... i think thats it, happy bug hunting.....

Big tackle was because of a skill change. The old one was "+8% damage, 10 energy.". It's now +20% and 30 energy.

I'm QUITE certain I have fixed your 90% thing, we'll see as time goes by.

I can't figure out why big and quick attack still work. I have to go to college now :3 but I'll try to get it tonight. If you can give ANY more info on the matter, it'll help to fix it.
