Bug: Multiple monsters

I try to defrost one of my monsters So i can splice it and the freezer keeps saying I am trying to Dupe it. I have 2 frozen monsters and I can't defrost them. this is the message it gives me

Dude. Fuck no. You just tried to dupe your monsters. And you know what? It would've worked, if not for this check. Of course some pages thereafter wouldn't work for you, but you didn't care much about that, did you?

I have just single spliced a monster and one of my freezer monsters appeared. It is in and out of freezer at the same time. Can someone fix this, I should have more than 1 monster out and it only shows 1 monster at a time.

Looks like this bug is freezer-related, if you've left this bug for a while it may be that that's caused it...

Indeed CJ is right. You've been a trainer for a while (welcome back, by the way!) and back then, the freezer wasn't as secure, so it didn't mark your monsters as frozen. Nowadays it does, so the game just got a little confused. You're better now, and thanks for returning. We're almost out of beta. <3

There is a new problem with my freezer now, when i enter my freezer the first slot only has a , level. I hope someone can tell me how to fix this.
