Soap on toast and cheese on chinchillas RepliesReply by Garr Slayer12/03/2009 19:26 I got tricked, thought it was a bestiary. Mob stats, abilities, locations, items dropped and rates. When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it.
Half of anything is better then a whole of nothing. Reply by Killer Killer12/03/2009 20:03 Seth's idea: rubbish. We already have the most mobs killed chart. I think though, that Vael should increase it to like the top 7 or 8, instead of 5. But that's for him to decide. Garr's idea: I could probably make a mob book if I tried to. I think I will start now. The items though are a bit hinky because you'd have to know the range for each stat gains, plus any prefixes and suffixes. I am pretty sure that some equips would NEVER have a prefix. Like, the bloodspoiler prefix only has a chance to appear on bloodspoiler mobs, like the spider in Arbistass, the comodo in Sequea, and the cobra in Linsdale, and so on. Note that all equips can have indecision or corruption as a suffix. Dokov's equips can have anything, even affixes unrelated to the equip. But I'll start now -- Well I'll be going back to the earlier places here info is a bit hinky so I might find some stuff and I can copy down entry and defeat texts if you want. Also note that SRP gains are with valor below 100% Always check for updates! Mobs in New Orsa Dire wolf levels: 5-6 Attack: about 3-5 Defense: about 2-4 Hp: level 5 30-36, level 6 40 Dodgy: not a lot Ability: roar, increasing attack Item: dire wolf fang. 5-15HP, plus some acc I think, or maybe def. I dont see them often because when I put my equips on it just practically rules out New Orsa. HAve sen of defense.fighter prefix. SRP: 14 Entry texts: A massive wolf walks slowly towards you, then howls as it attacks. Finished with stalking you, a large wolf growls fiercely, and lunges forward to attack. Defeat text: Dire Wolf makes one last howl to the sky before passing out. Vicious Rabbit levels: 3-5 Attack: 2-5 Def: 1-3 Hp: level 3 20, level 4 26 or 30, level 5 38 Dodge: very good at dodging Ability: slash, for 3-5 damage, I think Item: rabbit's foot. 1-2 acc, 1-3 spd, lvl 2. Entry texts: With a penetrating screech, a large rabbit leaps into view and attacks. As you walk along, the rustling of a bush catches your attention. A large rabbit dashes from underneath it and leaps toward you. Defeat text: Vicious Rabbit curls up into a ball and passes out. Slime levels: 4-5 Attack: 2-4 Defense: 3-5 HP: 33-46 depending on level Dodge: pretty slow Ability: shoot poison to slow monster down Item: Gelatinous remains, 1-4 def. Can be poisonous, or of density. Entry texts: A slime slithers out from under a rock and puffs itself up, moving quickly in your direction. You hear a strange sound from behind and spin around to see a slime oozing toward you. Defeat text: Slime dissolves into a gooey mess, defeated. Mobs in Silvamed Enraged Dire wolf levels: 9-10 Attack: 8-10 Defense: 7-10 Hp: 75-90 Dodge: moderate, but not too hard Ability: roar, increases all stats. Item: dire-wolf saliva. 20-25 HP, 2-4 atc, 1-3 def, I think. I have seen fighter on this one. Level 4-5 Horde of field rats levels: 9-11 Attack: 20-25 Defense: 14-18 Hp: 80-90 Dodge: slow Ability: all line up and attack for 1-4 damage each Item: rat tail: 20-25 HP, 1-3 dodge. I've only seen one of them, so I guessing Entry texts: The sudden pattering of small feet preceeds the arrival of a group of large rats which immediately charge toward you. Defeat text: The Horde of Field Rats make one last charge but topple over each other, defeated. Giant Vicious rabbit levels: 9-11 attack: 13-16 Defense: 14-16 HP: 70-80 Dodge: quick Ability: Speed tackle - 9-10 damage or so Item: giant rabbit's tooth, 2-4 spd. Scouts. level 5 or 6, I'm not sure about it. SRP: 18 Entry texts: An immense rabbit stomps into view. Baring daggerlike fangs, it bunches its massive legs and leaps into battle. Defeat text: Giant Vicious Rabbit stomps the ground angrily and then passes out. Deformed chimera (also appears in (Kah ler) Level: 10 Attack: 18-22 Defense: 14-17 Hp: 66-80 Dodge: moderate Ability: swing at monster. 8-12 damage, causing knocdown; can be lessened by raise in def. SRP: 26 Item: small glob of ectoplasm. Fighter. 1-4 attack, 1-4 defense. Level 4 Entry texts: A mutilated, deformed beast stomps toward you, its knotted fists raised to strike you down. Defeat text: Deformed Chimera gurgles and falls over dead. Enraged Dire Wolf Level: 10 Attack: 14-18 Defense: 13-15 Hp: 75-90 Dodge: moderate Ability: Roar, increasing all stats Item: dire wolf saliva. 20-30 HP, 1-3 attack, 1-2 accuracy SRP gains: 24 Entry texts: A deep, guttural growl alerts you to an attack just as a gigantic wolf leaps at you, foam dripping from its jaws. You halt in your tracks as a massive, enraged wolf rushes to block your path. Unleashing a deafening howl, it stalks forward to attack. Defeat texts: Enraged Dire Wolf lets out a vicious howl but is soon muffled by defeat. Placeholders for the future Kahler: Fire Kichu Thunder Kichu: Arcane Kichu: Pulsating Chimera: Mobs surrounding swamp (don't go too far north, else run into Visaro cpower35-40 and allies) I don't xPlore here much, so help me! Scenarian scout: Female Scenarian: Male scenarian: Gollum: imp r>Swamp mobs (don't explore here either) Swamp gollum Swamp alligator Cockroach hecket & lt;br>Hecket shaman Bloodspoiler imp Mobs in forest between New Orsa and Arbistass Small Gruff Forest spider (and poison cousin) Mobs in Arbistass (I skip it, so help here as well and go to POrt Ceres): Yanma Steel falcon Bloodspoiler spider: Grown gruff Ability: bite Item: gruff paw. 1-3 atk, 1-3 accur, 1-3 def, 1-3 spe, 1-3 dod The rule of wildlife: Survival of the fittest.

Did I just start something crazy? When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it.

Reply by Demi Lune12/04/2009 12:47 It'd also be cool to have their dying/intro texts, but I'm not going to ask someone to go around and check all of those out. But when that call never comes, it's time to face what you've become - there's no point doing all of this, unless you know you're having fun. Reply by Seth Arcane12/04/2009 15:45 Fine make a bestiary but dont call my idea rubbish for god sakes Soap on toast and cheese on chinchillas Reply by Killer Killer12/04/2009 16:06 Idea. I just meant we didn't need it. The rule of wildlife: Survival of the fittest.

Stomp all over 'em like they was cookie crumbs!!! Reply by Seth Arcane12/04/2009 16:22 Yeah I think maybe you should have bestiary with a kill count of each mob. Soap on toast and cheese on chinchillas Reply by Demi Lune12/04/2009 21:54 Lol, your idea wasn't rubbish. I'm just not sure we'll get an in-game addition like that, which is why something put together by the players - just copying down information - would be quicker than coding something up. If we do get a bestiary of everything you've killed, counting the number probably wouldn't be too bad. It's just a big if, that's all. But when that call never comes, it's time to face what you've become - there's no point doing all of this, unless you know you're having fun. Reply by Killer Killer12/05/2009 04:47 THat's what I meant. It probably won't happen. The rule of wildlife: Survival of the fittest.

Reply by Garr Slayer12/05/2009 21:44 I got this so far: Pakkus area, CPower 59-69, common drop Nickel Marble Kitsune Child Level 55- 58 HP 410- 450 SRP 100 Sharp Rock, direct damage Kitsune Magic Glob, 23+ HP 4+ defense 4+ speed 3+ dodge Kitsune Magician level 56- 59 HP 440- 475 SRP 102 Bleeding Hex, bleeds Kitsune Magic Glob, 55-60+ HP 8-9+ attack Sylfaen Mindslave Level 56- 59 HP 430- 470 SRP 102 Focus raises all stats Crystalized Mindslave Tears, 27+ HP 2+ attack 4+ defense 4+ dodge Kitsune Warrior Level 56- 59 HP 430- 475 SRP 104 tackle direct damage Kitsune Warrior Ear, 6+ attack 5+ accuracy 5+ speed Kitsune Assassin Level 56- 59 HP 420- 460 SRP 107 Sharpen Blades raises attack and crit Kitsune Assassin Hair, 7+ attack 6+ accuracy Corrupted Sylfaen Mindslave Level 52- 62 HP 460- 525 Focus raises all stats Zudali area, CPower 60-70, common drop Bronze Marble Spark Elemental Level 56- 59 HP 400- 450 SRP 104 Charge, raises attack and speed by 20% Spark Remnants, 6+ attack 6+ speed Zudali Rebel Level 58- 60 HP 460- 500 SRP 107 Spear of Death, bleeds, direct damage Kitsune Lord Level 59- 61 HP 480- 520 SRP 109 battlestaff, direct damage Belaerus area, CPower 65-75, common drop Sandcrab Level 60- 64 HP 475- 525 SRP 112 Pinch, direct damage Sand Elemental Level 62- 66 HP 505- 575 SRP 114 Suck Sand, raises all stats 10% Pack of Giant Sandfleas Level 62- 65 HP 500- 560 SRP 114 Gang UP, multiple direct damage Sandflea Corpse, 10+ speed I'm still missing for that area, it's time consuming and could use some formatting. SRP is without the 10% for Valor. prefix and suffix are not included. When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it.
Half of anything is better then a whole of nothing. edited once on Saturday, Dec 5th 22:19:44 2009 by Garr Bofiii Reply by Killer Killer12/06/2009 08:17 I'll help with that when I get there. One of my monsters is almost there so I can help. I will go slowly in order of city so I don't know what to do here. YOu could just let me copy it or something. Vael has changed the kitsune magic globs; now they are less valuable. Also Garr I can roughly calculate attack and defense so this will be good. In fact Packus mobs are level 55-62, the level 52 corrupted mindslave is a weird erro the Vael made I think. I usually skip Zudali in favor of Belarus and zip-zoom to Endlesberg instead. Stomp all over 'em like they was cookie crumbs!!! edited once on Sunday, Dec 6th 8:28:41 2009 by Killer Killer Reply by Garr Slayer12/06/2009 10:31 Yeah, I wasn't too sure how this was going to work out either. The stats for the Magic Glob are from current drops and the price seemed good at 1750. What format are we going to use? Also, magic glob had fiery and lucky, assassin hair had cruel, mindslave tear had lucky, and sandflea corpse had archor prefix and the sandflea corpse had defense suffix. I don't know if the prefix and suffix are just too random to includ with the items. Although, it would be nice to know where to get the ones with fiery, poisonous, and barbed. When life hands you a lemon, it's up to you what to do with it.

I'm closing this topic because we're going to do something with the mob book. Anyone interested in helping can mail me. Seth, unfortunately this is simply not a needed suggestion. It'd require too much work and no one would really a shit. They'd be like "o kewl I killed 200 slimes" and go to another page. MonBre is an unlisted game of Tinydark Studio.
