You could just have the story set them to home.
Or, have the scroll include going to home, getting a picture, etc. Just not sure how you'd set that up, just a variable or whatever that's like beenhome=1 or whatever the hell.
But when that call never comes, it's time to face what you've become - there's no point doing all of this, unless you know you're having fun.

Yeah upon reflection, I guess if they can't figure out how to move around, they aren't going to enjoy reading MonBre's story, so I suppose... >___> it doesn't matter. The most valued player type will read all quests, be a part of the community, and become a VIP.

Most people see this kind of set up and they get confused.
They don't even try because they get confused.
A lot of people are kinda... dare I say... stupid. -.-
And those who aren't are afraid of change.
This game is somewhat different to a lot of gamers.
Most people won't even give it a chance.
This is a game for smart people.
Thankfully, I iz the smart.

Smart people? This game isn't all that different then the games I play. Even some of my console games follow this sort of thing. What you really mean is it's confusing to the ignorant folk with low attention spans.

Disregard that, I suck.
Dylan: You aren't smart, you just aren't stupid.
Lexca: Yes, the people with low attention spans irritate me.

I'm sorry, I stopped paying attention halfway thru your statement.
If everything's right, what's left?

The reason I made MonBre was to live off it and be loved by millions. When I work on monbre, it is a labor of love and then money. I wouldn't code this game if I couldn't make money off it because I'd like to move out before I'm 25. I could spend my MonBre time each day making $20 more on ChaCha, but I wouldn't be happy.
I care about everyone who stays and enjoys MonBre. I care more about the people who contribute to the community, the game itself, and enjoy the story I weave for the game. In both its literal sense and figurative sense, VIPs are more valued because they allow the game to continue its development and as players have various perks which make them more useful, like instantly joining every raid. So in every way, donating $3 to this game a month makes one more valuable than your average bear.
