Why does a city get homeless people in the game, I couldn't recall seeing anything about it in the reference...

Edit-
I re-read the reference, but do I get rid of/convert them by lowering the taxes?

lol no, there is no way to get rid of homeless, except maybe to cut off all supply of food to them so that they move away happy emoticon

So your game doesn't cover the fact that some people actually prefer sitting in alleys doing drugs to working a 9 to 5 job?

The people who don't prefer to do jobs are people with bad education and don't get satisfactory money with their skills, therefore that fits into the game, well kinda...

And the people with a bad education got that bad education because we didn't tax the people enough to make the schools good enough at keeping the kid's attention and piling in knowledge? NO! Some people just dont have any drive or ambition. I'm glad those people aren't simulated into this game happy emoticon
